With 2 years experience in recruitment and over 7 years experience in hospitality operations and contract catering Emma is proud to be a part of Blanco Goldfarb Associates.

Emma moved on from her work in Health Recruitment Sydney, to travel in 2004. She then began her career in hospitality working for an independent pub group in London. It is here where her love and passion for the hospitality industry started.

Working her way up the management ladder and obtaining her personal license, Emma ran many London venues including a project management role opening a new site for the company.

Emma’s experience also extends into the Contract Catering Industry where she led a function team to run a Café and Events space at the National Maritime museum in Sydney Australia.

Emma has an exceptional understanding of the business and this, combined with a skilful and discerning eye for recruitment, means that her client and candidate management is quality focused.

Her bubbly personality, professional manner and knowledgeable head means she brings a bespoke level of recruitment that exemplifies the ethos of Blanco Goldfarb.
