Operations Manager – High Profile Independent Contract Caterer

Our client is one of London’s leading independent contract caterers and they are looking for a professional, dynamic and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join their highly successful team.
The Operations Manager will initially manage an assortment or commercial B&I contracts with Staff feeding, Retail, Hospitality and reception services all within corporate Head offices in London
They will have considerable operational experience either as an Operations Manager or Group General Manager within a high profile corporate B&I environment preferably with a smaller independent operator. They be commercially and financially astute and have the ability to manage P&L, Nil Cost, Fixed Cost and Cost Plus Accounts
They will also be passionate about food, have proven ability managing professional teams, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have experience developing and sustaining highly rewarding business in a competitive environment.
Key to this role will be the close liaison with fellow colleagues; exchanging ideas and sharing best practice to drive excellence and develop potential business leads.

This role will report directly into the Managing Director.
