Head Chef -Casual Dining concepts
I am currently looking for a Head Chef who is looking for a new opportunity, my client is looking for a Head chef. My client runs a large site with multi food outlets and restaurants. One of the restaurants is looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen to the next level working with the brigade, currently providing Pizza & Pasta with future options for concept changes.
This is a great opportunity for a Restaurant chef who would love the opportunity to work Monday to Friday providing a lunch and dinner service. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about food with an outgoing bubbly personality.
I am looking for a passionate driven Head Chef who is keen to work Monday to Friday whilst being involved in the development of a new potential concept.

·Lunch and Dinner service – till 8:30 pm
·Lunch service 100 to 120 covers
·Dinner Service 40 to 50 covers

·Good knowledge of H&S and food safety
