Chef Manager – Modern Staff Dining
I am seeking a Chef Manager looking for a new opportunity within this newly refurbished site, I am looking for a Chef Manager who would like the opportunity to be creative and take the food to the next level. If you currently work in the Business & Industry sector and would like to do amazing food this could be the job for you I am looking for a chef who is interested in producing fresh and healthy food which is on trend.
This chef manager will be required to deliver modern Fresh seasonal food including amazing street food, grab & Go and Deli you will have the opportunity to create your own menus and take ownership interacting with customers. This growing contract catering company is looking for a chef manager to take ownership of this site catering daily Breakfast, Lunch service as well as hospitality when required.
You will need to be financially strong as well as being able to manage all of the back of house paper work to have a good understanding of budgets and cost control.
This chef manager will oversee and develop fresh ideas and to create and new and exciting dining experiences with the other sites. I am looking for a hands on Chef Manager with an outgoing bubbly personality who is looking for the chance to make a difference and be Hands on you will be required to cook nice food and manage the site with confidence. This chef manager will be required to have the following skills and experience:
·Good Cooking skills
·Good knowledge of street food and be on point with all high street trends
·A hands on Chef Manager who is happy interact with customer and be the face of the kitchen.
·Happy to interact with customers
·Producing healthy dishes
·Contract catering chef manager experience is essential or head chef looking to move in to a chef manager role.
·Great communicator to build strong relationship with both customers and clients
·Be a strong manager to lead from the front and manage back of house effectively
·Be able to develop amazing street food & grab and go products to maximise sales
·Hot main offer which matches modern staff feeding style plus deli Bar and grab and go and hospitality
·Passionate about customer service and happy to carry out daily paper work with confidence
·Stock take, health & safety and food safety knowledge is essential
·Strong eye for detail and presentation skills
·Team of 3
·Happy to work front of house and interact with customers
·Financial reporting knowledge is essential
·Deliver outstanding customer service
·Proven experience as a chef manager is essential
·You will be required to be flexible to the nature of the business.

·Monday to Friday with occasional weekend events
