David is one of two founding partners and has been passionate about hospitality and recruitment for more than 20 years.
Prior to starting the BlancoGoldfarb adventure, David held senior management positions within the Hotel, Restaurant and Contract Catering industries where he became a master trainer, coach and mentor – skills that he uses every day with people who are thinking about their own aspirations and career challenges.
After 2 senior roles with specialist hospitality recruiters, David got tired of having to play the numbers game. So he set out to create a more intelligent and authentic recruitment model which became the foundation for how we do things at BlancoGoldfarb. There is an ongoing commitment to adding real value by working in a partnership with fewer clients.
David is a strategic thinker and his experience in handling everything from team recruitment projects through to board level appointments has gained him a reputation for providing solutions to those “challenging” assignments.
There is very little David doesn’t know about helping people find a great job and helping companies find great people. His candid and straightforward approach often helps people work out what they really want and how to get it.
